Ch160 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ch160 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ch160 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out in this document as well as any related policies issued from time to time.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the ch160 platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The ch160 platform is a service intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where participation in online betting and gaming activities is permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful under the laws of their location.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at a time. All information provided during registration — including your full name, phone number, and identification details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. ch160 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request valid supporting documents before processing any withdrawal or bonus request.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. ch160 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately. ch160 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.
Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses.
The ch160 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. ch160 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will close any account found to belong to an underage user, with no compensation for any accumulated balance.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the ch160 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Any form of fraud, system manipulation, use of automated software (bots), bonus abuse, or collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action in addition to account closure.
Users are not permitted to:
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts platform operations or compromises the security of other users.
- Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering.
- Distributing or uploading content that is unlawful, incites hatred, or is harmful to others.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform through unauthorised technical means.
Ch160 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the ch160 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. ch160 does not accept payments made by third parties on a user's behalf, and any such attempt may result in the transaction being declined and the account being investigated.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. ch160 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers, network failures, or technical issues beyond the platform's control.
For withdrawals, users are required to complete the necessary identity verification process before their withdrawal request can be processed. ch160 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending investigation if there is any suspicious activity associated with the account. Any bonus that has not met the specified wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Ch160 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering, or instruction from the relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to a breach, the remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ch160 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of ch160 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from ch160.
Third-Party Links
The ch160 platform may contain references or information relating to third-party services such as payment providers. ch160 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party, and users interact with third parties at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ch160 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of this Terms & Conditions document at any time without prior notice. Such amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
This document and all interactions between users and the ch160 platform are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ch160 platform that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be settled through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under Malaysian jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
